Meet some of our special guest presenters:
Niki Angelopoulos (naturopath and raw food healing expert) will explain her results-based approach to nutrition and how she works with live & dried blood analysis to see how her clients shape up on a clean green diet V's a diet with pathologies. Discover why Niki knows adding more alkaline raw foods to your diet can fast-track your fitness goals.
Noah Hannibal (gold medal winner - heavyweight division of the Australian National Bench Press Championships) will be speaking about his fitness journey and how he trains and competes at professional level power-lifting on a vegan diet - and where he gets his protein! (We may be lucky enough to also be joined by his VeganStrength.com stablemate - weight-lifter/body-builder Joel Kirkilis).
Melanie Sordello, Ivana Andres & Jonathan Sharp (managers & personal trainers from RMIT City Fitness) will demonstrate easy effective stretching techniques, share their training and wholefoods nutrition tips, and demo a super healthy coconut yogurt recipe.
Nicole Lane (Sport & Recreation officer for RMIT University LINK) will give us the low-down on the fantastic array of sport teams, rec groups and fun tours that are available at RMIT.
Angela Gioffre (owner/founder of Organic Empire produce and grocery box delivery service) will talk about how adding more fresh, organic foods to your diet can assist with your overall fitness and health goals - and how she’s finding life on her new organic farm!
SmoothieGirl & the RUSU Realfoods café volunteer team will demonstrate some of the fastest, tastiest ways to get the building blocks of protein into your body - so you can begin to become more fit and fabulous from the ground up!
