Indulge in an evening of nourishing living food recipe demonstrations and enlightening healthy lifestyle advice with our special guest chef Julie Mitsios of Sydney's premier raw food culinary school and online store 'Conscious Choice'.
Can you still eat ‘soul food’ and comfort food without sacrificing your health? Learn how to replace ingredients that don’t love you back with delicious, satisfying alternatives. Chef Julie will show you how to get excited about breakfast so you can ditch those soggy, cold (depressing!) wheatbix. You’ll watch as stodgy winter staples are transformed to become supercharged snacks, silky soups, sumptuous stews, and sublime sweets. It might be the depths of Melbourne winter, but feel good food like this can really warm the soul!
